Today, my approach is straightforward. I believe my clients deserve honest advice, strong communication, thoughtful strategy, and someone who will advocate for their interests from beginning to end. Sometimes that means negotiating aggressively. Sometimes it means telling a client to walk away. And sometimes it means having a difficult conversation about price, expectations, or what the market is really telling us.
I would rather give you the truth than tell you what you want to hear.
Whether you’re purchasing your first home, moving into the next stage of your life, selling a property you’ve owned for years, relocating to Vancouver, or building an investment portfolio, my job is to help you understand your options and make the strongest decision possible. Real estate transactions can involve a lot of money, emotion, and uncertainty. My role is to bring clarity to that process and make sure you never feel like you’re navigating it alone.
Growing up here also gives me a perspective that goes beyond numbers on a screen. Vancouver is a city of distinct neighbourhoods, each with its own personality, lifestyle, housing stock, advantages, and trade-offs. From the West Side to Downtown, the North Shore, Burnaby and communities throughout Metro Vancouver, I enjoy helping people understand not only what they can buy, but where their life might fit best.
And although real estate is a major part of my life, it isn’t my entire personality.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing basketball, getting in a round of golf, following Formula 1, watching the NBA, or spending time with the people closest to me. I’m naturally curious about business, markets, technology, cities, and what’s happening across Canada, which is also why I enjoy creating content and sharing my perspective beyond individual transactions.
I believe the best client relationships feel less transactional and more like genuine partnerships. They’re built through trust, consistency, communication, and knowing that the person representing you actually cares about the outcome.
Vancouver shaped who I am, and I’m proud to build my business here.
If you’re considering buying, selling, investing, or simply trying to understand your next move, I’d be happy to have the conversation.
